Former US Vice-President (and candidate for President) Joe Biden has long been known among the well-informed for inappropriately touching all girls and women within his physical proximity. In recent weeks, this has become public knowledge. Previous to the "Me Too" movement, Biden's somewhat alarming behavior might have been "no big deal"; in today's sensitized climate, it poses a real threat to his public standing. As always with ethics scandals, we are looking for a Jupiter-to-Pallas transit... Jupiter for publicity and Pallas for ethics, generally accompanied by a major outer-planet transit which represents a significant change in status. A Uranus-to-Jupiter or similar transit also seems to be a common feature of ethics scandals. Here we have transiting Uranus at 0 Taurus quincunx his Ascendant at 3 Sagittarius and conjunct his Fifth House Moon at 0 Taurus. We've been exploring the possibility that transiting Pallas against a natal chart can correspond with events in which "the truth comes out" against a backdrop of obfuscation and/or false information.
